headphones work but only left side will have sound. there is a shortage in the right side. right side comes on sporadically but won't stay on. mic still works and left side has no issues. comes with micro USB charging cable. ships fast pics are accurate battery holds a decent charge. Could be a simple fix but I don't know as I'm not familiar with repairing headphones.
