Listed today is a Motorola StarTac flip phone with leather case and charger. The phone only powers up when plugged in so assume the battery is unable to takeand hold a charge but I am not a mobile phone Tech. Please bid accordingly. Note as well the insulation on the charger is brittle and crumbling.
