This is a Sony model BM-531 Microcassette Dictator being sold by the original owner. It had not been used for an extended period of time but was fully functional within the last 5 years. As can be seen from the photos, it powers up but the spindles do not turn. Repairing this requires more technical knowledge than I have at my disposal so I am letting it go.
