It is very very old and has lots of wear on it. The outside is copper the inside is metal or 10? It would be a great decor piece. There are bins on it and in one place there is a split on the top rim. See photos. The diameter on the inside is 11 in on the outside is 12 in. The handle from the pan to the end is 13 and 1/4 in. See photos sold as shown. The handle is harder, like wrought iron. The connection of the handle and the pan looks to be hand forged. It does not sit flat. It is more of a display piece.
