This is a Pablo Picasso Guernica Vintage Art Tile made in Spain. It says "Gernika Gogoratuz" Peace Research Center. This is a very rare piece and to my knowledge there is not another one out there. It is older as the tape that is holding the hanging rung is deteriorating. It measures about 13 inches long and 8.75 inches tall. It is in good condition with some scratches and dings from age.
