Vintage Wheel Horse Idler Arm & Shaft P/N 3950, Pulley P/N 1623. Turns Free and Effortlessly. Arm, Clutch Rod Pivot P/N 4899. I have a carter pin in holding the Pivot Arm in place. It should have a Roll Pin. Since it has to be apart to install it it will be easier to take the carter pin out. You'll have to supply your own Roll Pin. Also Included in the Clutch Spring P/N 1014. All parts have gotten a fresh lick of red paint. Not a professional paint job Thank You
