Comes with a carrying case and a box of slides/pictures as well as the original manual and warranty paper. Plugged it in and it works. Only thing is I didn’t know how to load the slides so all I got was it to light up, fan works, & the focus knob did its job. The plastic cover that goes over the inside knobs and slides is broken as shown in pictures. It does still hold together decently but obviously will get worse overtime due to barely holding on as it is already. I’ve got a video of it working but for some reason there is no video option
