The NOLA All - Star series of prints are inspired by the music and culture of the big easy. The images originate from my collection of photographs and sketches conceived during a trip to the city. Any New Orleans-based wedding jazz funeral, Saints victory or second line is sure to come complete with the sound of a local brass band ,traditional African rhythms played in Congo Square are merged with marching brass bands producing a sound unique to New Orleans.
