All driving axles powered. Headlights are maintenance-free LED's. Length over buffers 70 mm / 2-3/4". Listed as New (other) only due to years on the shelf/wear of the box. Locomotive is in unused/new condition. Took it out only to photograph/test it. Runs fine.
