This is a Honeywell BZE6-2RN it includes the mounting screws. Based on the appearance it have not been used but I cannot confirm. It has been stored in a spare part room. It is fully functional and measured good with an ohm meter. the Rubber boot has an odd texture but is still soft. Check pictures for details or send me a message.
