has been opened up and cleaned . new thermal paste noctua nt-h2. check out the idle temps after 30 minutes of inactivity. hard drive holder not included however still works without it comes with a working controller which has been opened up and cleaned. the controller bottom left part is broken and sticks out a bit but aside from that is completely functional. comes with the original power supply which also was opened up and cleaned. comes with an HDMI cable as well memory unit has been formatted and still is operational! disc reader is excellent with no problems whatsoever and I opened it up and added new grease on the rails and gears. perfect for those with a wide collection of Xbox games
