The vacuum is Preowned . Video attached showing the vacuum works. It does have some scuffs and scratches but does not effect the overall use of the device It has been fully and thoroughly tested We have also placed a security sticker on the bottom of the unit If sticker is removed it voids any returns or refunds The bag inside will have some residue in it as we did test it The rollers also have some trash on them We cleaned the best we could Do Not try returning as not working. We know without a doubt it works great
