this tablet has no passcode on the front and you can get into the tablet. However, you cannot reset the tablet due to the samsung and google accounts are both unable to be removed. It can be done, I just do not know how to remove it. There is no charger included. But this only if you are able to remove these accounts or if you plan to use for parts or repair. It is in really good physical condition.
