The watch case spins freely within the outer roulette wheel. There is a significant amount of wear on the case finish and the crystal as well. The case cover has to be centered just right when you close it or it will be hard to wind the watch or set the time. One of the small bearings within the roulette wheel mechanism makes a rattling noise when you shake the watch. The watch movement itself is in good working condition.
