Here we have a vintage mid century era, plastic, Santa Claus on a 3 wheel scooter friction toy. Made in Hong Kong, MIIM, No. 402. The rear wheel, friction mechanism is loose from the inside, not working properly. One front foot is loose from peg, can possibly be repaired. No damage noted to Santa or outer shell seen. Selling as-is with issue noted. Thanks!!
