The tour took place after a break of about three years. The Mannheim performance was located in the latter half of the tour, and although it looked a little tired, it was a wonderful performance. The latest work from Wendy Label is a recording of the consecutive Mannheim performances on July 2nd and 3rd, 1980, on a high-quality sound board with unprecedented breadth and depth.
