Answe r: The Salt Chlo rinator is applicable to all swimming pools within 26000 Gallons. I have it for my 8000 gallon poo l a nd I'm super happy with it. Note that the chlorinator doesn't really oppose the flow of water, so it shouldn't affect the pump operation.
