Vintage spinning type ceramic and metal ashtray in very good working condition. Top tray is metal which shows some light surface marks, tarnish or discoloration. Porcelain part is very nice with no chips cracks or damage. Nice hand painted floral design with lovely colors. The spin mechanism works well, you push down the top part and it spins and lowers the tray and ashes and returns back up to the top closed position on its own.
