Miniature Sicilian cart encased in a wooden heart-shaped frame. Frame has been decorated with what appears to be woodburning and is labeled SICILIA. Inside is a miniature decorated cart and horse. Outside is a rope tassel used to hang it. I can't tell what material the cart & horse are made of.
