I have a Chromecast Ultra, the model number is NC2-6A5 D. I tested it just now and performed a factory reset. These are great if you still have a non smart TV with an HDMI input. This is for the chromecast only and will require a USB connection for power. Feel free to ask me any questions or if you want additional pictures.
