There are velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining for back, shoulder & elbow armour (not included). There are 2 zipped slanted pockets at the waist and another 2 pockets inside, 1 with zip and 1 with velcro fastening, plus another 2 pockets with velcro fastening on the thermal lining.
