She is a rare doll and not sure how she works. I wind her up and there is a switch on one side I move forward. She can walk but is unstable. She does sing a mumbled song. Her body is held together with duct tape. Her head is a soft vinyl and has A. & E on her neck. Her socks are dirty and ripped. Her dress is original. Do not know her history or provenance.
