Item is New/unused just in a non retail box due to bulk buying from Apple directly. Comes in a brown box instead of white because it is apples "green" packing to fit multiple in 1 shipping box when bulk buying from them directly. Items are still new directly from Apple and are not refurb. these are not in retail box (see pictures). Warranty is expired as it started when we initially purchased. Please don't hesitate due to not being in the apple retail box.
