Used Condition as shown in photos. Heavy and durable cast iron frame with easel stand on back. Mirror is in Excellent Condition. Frame is distressed/shows paint loss in spots. Rust can be seen in spots (mostly on the backside). Cardboard mirror backing is discolored. Please see photos. Measures 8x10 inches
