Fine heavy crystal in thin delicate platter. Elegant detailed edging and handles. Deep round cut outs are the prominent decorative feature - in a modern pretty stunning design. Perfect size for round (probably 9") tiered cake, hors d'oeuvres, or just showing it off in a stand. Possibly German but I don't know the origin.
