Pulse Unit 6.5” Tall. Item was made in France maybe in the 1950 ’s. This is heavy and made from steel, with plastic top. Shows wear, paint loss, marks, a couple edge dents, and the plastic lid has a couple trianlge shaped sections that are open, not sure if its manufacture or not, but does look intentional.
