The design remained fashionable into the 1930s, before falling out of favour following their deaths. The style later saw a revival in the 1950s, notably through the work of Jacques Sicard. Of elegant tapering spill-bottle form, the neck is applied with a large sculptural cicada, above a hand-painted tree and fence motif, all set against a graduated yellow–orange amber ground.
