(These are pulled from the external HDD array enclosures I have listed ATM, so they presumably will have worked very hard over the years. I used one of these on an ultra 1 but unsure which model it was or whether it even matters), In theory most Suns that have this disc interface (80-pin SCA) should work, but it's worth researching to be sure.
