QNAP TS-251 -Does NOT BOOT, No Drives, AS-IS FOR PARTS, READ-
No power cable or drives. System powers on and gives no error lights but never fully boots up. No video out on HDMI. 100 Ohm Resistor added to clock circuit already so the clock is probably already bad.
