Rare 18th C. Antique Worcester Porcelain STRAP FLUTE FLORAL Pattern Sauceboat, England, c. 1770 - 1780. This rare and very attractive soft paste porcelain sauceboat has a wonderfully embossed shaped body, with a shaped handle and spout. The sauceboat is decorated with a blue hand painted floral decoration with a geometric border at the rim. The sauce boat is marked an open crescent mark on the underside of the base. This is mark #4313 used by the Worcester factory from 1755 to 1790. This pattern is listed in "WORCESTER BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN 1751 - 1790", plate I.E.37, page 268.
