The device has a bad battery & no boot. The battery drains very rapidly. Device would only turn on when connected to power. As soon as it was disconnected it powered off. There are no cracks on the screen. This device has been tested. This is a used item that may show normal signs of use such as marks, slight dents, or scratches.
