Acer C720P-2625(or 2844) laptop running a fresh install of Ubuntu Linux 24.04. A USB mouse is much nicer. 4GB DDR3 RAM(soldered to motherboard, cannot be upgraded). You can try another version by creating a bootable installer(google Rufus create bootable USB for instructions).
