The lathe has an accurate bed made from a heavy-duty aluminium extrusion and a spindle from die-cast aluminium. The main spindle runs with precision bearings and has a continuous bore of 8.5mm.A three jaw self-centring chuck is supplied with an inside jaw range of 1.5-32mm and 12-65mm outside.
