This TV is fully working and ready to use. It is in very good clean condition. It comes with a 240 V mains connection. It also comes with a car adapter to run it off 12 or 24v. I have tested it on both 12 and 24 V. It is fully working. The DVD player is fully working. It has a number of inputs, including HDMI.
