Looks new with light cosmetic scratches. I put batteries in and it did power on and it will connect to a Blink subscription. The serial number for registration/QR CODE is inside of battery cover. Door mount hardware are included. No screws to mount on door. Can be connected to Sync Module 2, sold separately. Purchase was made on Ebay from another seller.
