This is faulty. I think its the battery causing the issue. It starts to charge and then the red light starts flashing. Also there chuck has some rust. Please use photos to see exactly what you are getting. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. As this is sold as faulty there are no guarantees and you are buying at your own risk.
