Vintage J. CHEIN friction toy. In overall good condition. Paint and graphics are nice, one propeller blade is broke and it causes the blades to not spin smoothly. It pushes ahead but is not a pull back and release toy. Nice size, item pictured is item you will receive. Thanks for looking!
