1998 BTC 1817DS Plug 'n Play ISA sound card, OPTi 931. BTC (Behavior Tech Computer) made this as a low cost Sound Blaster Pro compatible card, using the OPTi 82C931 chip and not much else. Here is the ISA sound card I just pulled from a Pentium II tower system built 1998.
