All jacks feature a robust internal printed circuit board design used to help reduce NEXT (near-end cross talk) and improve RF performance at higher frequencies. Twisted pairs stay together. Jacks have both 568A and 568B wiring diagrams and pin outs pre-labeled at each IDC location.
