It's a multi purpose rolling file cabinet - bucket. Box is removable from the rolling stand. You still may find some dust. Scratch on the lid. There are some discolorations on the plastic due to age and different light. Could be repurposed: bar cart, storage, kitchen cart, sawing box. Height is 22", box is 17"L x 14"W x 11"H. Light weight.
