It is pretty adjustable.The bag is hanging perfectly. No holes to be drilled in a beam. The design is sturdy an excellent for a punching bag. Adjustable design of the bracket is excellent for i-beams and it allows you to move the punching bag along the I-beam to where you desire it or were you need to place it out of the way.
