This is a canvas style vest. Feels a little softer than a carhartt material. The outer shell is 100 cotton. The quilted lining is nylon, and polyester insulation. There are numerous pockets for an assortment of tools. It may have some dust on it from storage. If it was a Large, I would keep it for myself.
