We purchased this from a business closing sale. It sat on their shelf for years and was labeled new. It looks like the clear button is missing it's cover, but it still works perfect when pushed with your finger(will not be any issue at all).The test leads are in perfect Brand New condition also. We are showing the screen displays when we put the (4) AA Batteries in it. (we removed the batteries, not a good idea to shipo them). Make sure this is correct for your aplication. We do accept returns, but buyer is responsible for shipping. (this isn't a free rental for someone that needs it one time and returns it.)
