This is a pressing "cloth", material developed by Vilene / Vlieseline to work specially for light iron pressing of fusible fabrics. Soak in water then wring lightly. The cloth is semi transparent so you can visualise exactly the spot you need to fuse, particularly important tif you also have parts you don't need to iron out.
