Sharpe's Trafalgar by Bernard Cornwell, first edition, 2000
In all, this is a very smart example of this important novel from Cornwell's Sharpe series. Chronologically the fourth novel, it is the first set during the Napoleonic wars and sees Sharpe, as an army ensign, at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
