Seems pretty new but has some tiny rust spots developing on the steel drum. The top part does have some paint chips very minor almost looks like it’s never been played on the bottom snare is in almost perfect condition. The plastic straps holding it down, seem dirty and there is quite a bit of dirt and dust developing on the inside rim. Overall great condition no dents or deep scratches
