In used condition. Comes with four big figures of Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Lieutenant Mattias. Some of the smaller figures, like Olaf and one of the Elsa toys, are damaged and have missing pieces. The castle is in good condition. It may be missing some of the pieces that go with it, but all major pieces are attached from what I can tell. Overall, these toys have been played with. The hair on the dolls is a bit messy and has strands that are breaking off or separate. They may not come with all of their accessories.
