These are used with both manual and electric La-Z-Boy chairs. Just make sure they match the look of yours and they are almost definitely your part. Notice that they attach to the mounting bar via a plastic ring part. They can be removed without taking the entire chair apart if you are handy and can work them off along with the plastic ring that keep them held and tight to the bar. There see other versions in which the entire bar needs to be removed and the leg extensions need to be slid on from the side. This is not that version.
