In excellent working condition. No battery included or memory SD card. I did not take a picture of the HDMI cord that is new and never used and that comes with this sale. We're in our mid 70's and our kids bought this for us and we barely used it. It has been moved around in desk drawer a lot and may show some lite scuffs or 2. I had to borrow my son's battery from his GoPro to test this camera because my battery is old and dead. I removed the chip or SD card thing because I didn't know how to clear it off or wipe it clean.
