It comes with all the attachments pictured and the manual inside the box. It powers on and the light bulb is also working. It’s really quite a loud hoover and It’s fairly marked and scratched. I don’t know when it was made but it certainly wasn’t any later than the 1980’s. I will expend some serious effort by boxing it up and shipping it to you.
